Why I am a sucker for Super Heroes...

At the time of writing this post TV viewers in India are awaiting with great anticipation & excitement the exploding conclusion to Heroes in Chapter 23 - "How To Stop An Exploding Man" due to telecast in 1 hour. Among the little nuggets they will learn today the most trivial yet interesting will be the first name of Mr. Bennet when he tells Peter to call him Noah. As I am about to race down home to watch the season finale on Star World , I must admit watching it for the 3rd time with...

Security Vulnerabilities directly proportionate to Popularity?

I believe so. It is funny in a way, and I could go on and say to all the Apple fans / Steve Jobs worshipers - "in your face suckers!" ( Security flaw hits Safari (Windows) only hours after release ). But I'm not going to say anything or do anything of that sort, there's no reason for me to! Programmer Personalities

Ego isn't the only thing common among programmers... I just took a Programmer Personality Test based on the Myers-Briggs Personality Test on Doolwind's Game Coding Site after I read about it on Mads Kristensen's blog . Here's the test result of my test for record purposes... since there...

Putting Things Into A New Perspective

The Dark Knight Perspective , is an outlook towards the world, a Vista I'm sharing with the world. Rather than pulling you; the reader into my realm, it eventually happened (90 posts and 2 years later) that I decided to share my perspective of the world with you. It is like Agent Smith finding his purpose, or Fox Mulder getting reinvested into the the X-Files, yeah yeah; I know both of them appear to be a lost cause. One - a super slow talking virtual entity and another is a guy whose purpose...

    May Mayhem

I wish this past month never should have been, I wish it could have been erased somehow. Absolutely nothing went the way, I hoped it would in May. Professionally - Server crashes, hardware failures, security breaches, application vulnerabilities all marred the 31 days of this month that haven't happened in 3 years I've been on the job, in fact I don't remember hearing more than 1 of such scenarios happening simultaneously or in quick successions when Raj Shekhar was the captain of this...
