Ahh! So I've made an incredibly smooth transition, that is I've upgraded my site to run on Community Server 2.0 under ASP.net 2.0. The most obvious change you've already noticed is the default CS 2.0 theme, which I like by the way. Though it lacks any of my trademark "Dark Knight" looks.
